About my practice

I am a trauma-informed supervisor (completing my training) offering reflective, collaborative guidance to help therapists build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, navigate complex cases, and develop professional resilience.

My supervision approach is trauma-informed, reflective, and ethically grounded, providing a safe and constructive environment for growth, professional development, and confidence in your clinical work.

I offer a supportive, trauma-informed supervision space grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model, where you can reflect openly on your practice, build confidence, and enhance client work.

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and ethically focused, keeping the client’s wellbeing at the centre of supervision. I aim to foster respectful, human relationships where supervisor and supervisee meet as equals, united by a shared commitment to safe, compassionate, and effective therapy.

With extensive experience in trauma recovery and mental health, I bring a broad understanding of the emotional demands of therapeutic work. I have worked across charities and organisations, providing insight and guidance for complex cases, suicide prevention and vicarious trauma.

Alongside my private counselling practice, I co-founded Coastal Wellbeing and have supported wellbeing in areas such as mental health, addiction recovery, and caring. I also co-facilitate reflective practice sessions for professionals working in suicide prevention, helping teams navigate the emotional challenges of their roles.

Fees and availability

I offer supervision sessions both online and face-to-face in Denton, Newhaven, East Sussex. I understand that everyone has different scheduling needs, so I aim to work flexibly where possible while maintaining a balanced practice.

I am offering low-cost appointments for a short period while completing my training:

£30 for 1 hour
£45 for 1.5 hours

In your first session, we will establish a supportive and reflective space to explore your current challenges, professional goals, and areas for development. Together, we will clarify expectations for supervision, identify priorities for skill building, and co-create a plan to enhance your clinical practice and professional confidence.
