Counselling

Lucy and Molly are both qualified person-centred counsellors and members of the BACP.  They offer counselling for anyone seeking support, short or long term, from their private practices in Denton, Newhaven and Lewes, both online and face-to-face.  They also offer one-to-one WRAP.

How can counselling help?

There are many reasons you may be reading this page.  Perhaps you are searching for some answers, some support, a safe place where you can talk, offload, explore options and choices.  Perhaps something has happened to you or someone you care about, recently or in the past, that has left you feeling lost, uncertain, traumatised, angry, hurt, unsure what to do next…

All these and many other reasons bring people to therapy.  Sometimes we need to be able to talk to someone who will listen without judgement, someone genuine who can hear our story and offer us empathy and understanding.  As person-centred counsellors that is at the heart of what they do.

Molly and Lucy are LGBTQ+/GSRD and neurodiversity affirming.

Qualifications

Lucy and Molly are both BACP registered person-centred counsellors and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

In addition to her person-centred counselling qualification, Lucy has also completed training in Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Molly has undertaken training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
